
Remember that U800 we peeked in the middle of last month? Turns out, that very mobile is the one pictured above, though it now has an official moniker to round things off. In an attempt to migrate the Spirit of Soul (Samsung’s words, not ours) to the candybar design, the Soulb was born.

Yup, you read that right. We’re not talking about just any Webkit-based browser, Samsung’s long-rumored L870 slider features Apple’s Webkit-based, Mobile Safari browser.

Samsung’s latest volley in the iPhone’s general direction — the Instinct — had been promised for a June launch, but beyond that we hadn’t gotten a specific date.

3M has been touting its mini-projectors for some time now (along with many others), but it looks like they’re now finally a bit closer to landing in an actual product, with Samsung reportedly set to begin offering them later this year.
